As a general rule of thumb, save the dates should be sent 9-12 months in advance and invitation should be mailed 3-4 months prior to the event. I have more detailed information in my catalog that you can download here!

When do i mail my save the dates & invitations?

All custom invitations include the following:
  • Welcome/samples box
  • Design consultation
  • Suite design (including all graphics, monograms, artwork, etc.)
  • Envelope addressing (both guests and return address)
  • Assembly and mailing services
  • (1) Photographer suite and (4) keepsake suites to give to your loved ones
  • A linen keepsake box to house your invitation suite

We have a studio minimum of $2,000 for every client regardless if you are printing 25 invitations or 500. On average a typical client spends between $2,500-$4,500 on their wedding paper goods.
